• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly assist you.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
